We have a comprehensive labor practice affecting employer-employee relationships, which necessarily begins from the drafting of an employment contract up until labor litigation arising from disputes. Our firm’s partners have successfully counseled and assisted companies and individuals alike at various stages of a labor issue. We have represented our clients in collective bargaining negotiations, compliance hearings before the Department of Labor and Employment, proceedings before SENA mediators and labor arbiters, appeals to the National Labor Relations Commission, Court of Appeals, and to the Supreme Court, among others. We also have significant experience in assumption-of-jurisdiction cases, compulsory and voluntary arbitration, and certification election proceedings. Finally, we have handled various disputes between companies and labor unions, either administratively, or before competent government agencies.
